Inspection policy

Before receiving the goods and making payment, customers have the right to inspect the product.

Please open the package and check to ensure that the order is delivered correctly and in the right quantity as ordered. Do not test the physical SIM card or scan the QR code with eSIM.

After agreeing to the delivered item, you pay the delivery person (in the case of cash-on-delivery orders) and receive the goods.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may refuse to accept the delivery. In this case, we will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping cost of your order.

Note:

  • When you check your order, the delivery staff must wait for you to inspect the goods inside the package. If the staff refuses to allow you to inspect the goods, please contact vn.avironetwork.com via hotline: 0384909454 for assistance.
  • Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damage to the product inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to customer error, vn.avironetwork.com regrets that we cannot assist you with product exchange/warranty.
