Step 1: Contact Aviro immediately if you encounter any problems.
If your eSIM/SIM is not working, please contact our support team immediately through the following channels:

Step 2: Troubleshooting Support
Aviro will assist you in resolving your issue as quickly as possible, within one hour. Please prepare the following information in advance to help ensure a smooth and efficient support process:
1. Order Information: Order number or ICCID.
2. Network Settings: Screenshots or images containing device information, including:
– Mobile data (4G/5G) – is enabled.
– Data roaming – enabled.
– Choose a mobile network provider.
– Set up APN.
Proof that no VPN is installed.
3. Error Image: A screenshot showing the problem (e.g., no internet connection).
Step 3: Further processing steps
– If we are unable to resolve the issue within one hour, we will provide a free eSIM/SIM or alternative solution.
– If you do not provide all the necessary information, we will try to assist you to the best of our ability, applying our standard refund policy.
– You need to send a screenshot confirming that the eSIM/SIM has been deleted when requesting a replacement or refund.
