Delivery time and location restrictions

To provide convenience for customers when shopping, Vn.avironetwork.com offers nationwide delivery. For areas within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vn.avironework.com will deliver orders within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

For suburban areas, customers will receive their orders within 3-7 business days from the date vn.avironework.com receives the order. However, delivery may take a few more business days, but this only occurs in force majeure situations such as the following:

  • The staff at vn.avironetwork.com were unable to contact the customer by phone, therefore delivery could not be made.
  • The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.

2. Shipping fees

Regarding shipping fees, Vn.avironetwork.com will use the delivery services of shipping companies, and the fees will be calculated according to the rates of those shipping service providers. Shipping fees will be communicated to customers during the order confirmation process by Vn.avironetwork.com staff.

For customers in other provinces who need to purchase large quantities or wholesale customers, we will use the shipping services of freight forwarding companies. Shipping fees will be calculated according to the fee schedule of the shipping company or as agreed upon in the contract between the two parties.

 3. Defining the responsibilities of Vn.avironetwork.com and the logistics service provider regarding the provision of goods documentation during the delivery process.

All orders are carefully packaged and sealed by Vn.avironetwork.com before shipping. The shipping company is responsible for transporting goods in their original packaging, ensuring that the goods are not opened or damaged during delivery.

Each order package will contain the following information:

  • Recipient information: Recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address.
  • The tracking number for the order.

To ensure the safety of your goods, Vn.avironetwork.com will provide a valid financial invoice or delivery note for the product in the package (if available).

The carrier is responsible for providing the relevant documents for these goods to the customer and, when requested by the competent state management agency, during the delivery process.

4. Responsibility for goods damaged during transportation.

For goods damaged during transportation, whether the order is shipped by the company itself or by a third party, we will be responsible for resolving the issue for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse the product and request an exchange or return according to the "exchange and refund" policy. For any other issues, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve and compensate for the order according to the cooperation agreement between the company and the third-party shipping service provider.

*Note: In case of delivery delays, we will promptly inform customers, and customers may choose to cancel or continue waiting for the order.

For eSIM

With Aviro's eSIM product, after a customer places an order and successfully makes a bank transfer payment, Aviro's Customer Service department will confirm the order, and the product will be sent to the customer's registered email address no later than 2 hours after Aviro confirms the successful purchase.

Similar to physical SIM cards, if any issues affect the delivery schedule, Aviro will promptly inform you and flexibly assist you in canceling your order if you wish.
