Before receiving and paying for the goods, you have the right to inspect the product.

Please open the package and check to ensure that the order delivered matches the package and quantity of your placed order. Do not attempt to install a physical SIM card or scan a QR code for an eSIM.

After agreeing to the delivered item, please pay the delivery staff (in case of a COD order) and receive the goods.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may refuse to accept it. In this case, we will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping cost of your placed order.

• When you inspect your order, the delivery person must wait for you to check the contents of the package. If the delivery person refuses to allow you to inspect the goods, please contact mysim.vn via hotline: 0384909454 for assistance.
• Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damage to the product inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to customer error, mysim.vn regrets that we cannot support product exchange/warranty.
