Notes on usage

• Please check that your device supports eSIM and is not locked by your carrier before purchasing.

• Do not delete the eSIM after installation , as each QR code can only be used once .

• Unable to transfer eSIM to another device after setup.

• The usage period starts from the moment the eSIM is activated on the device. A day of eSIM usage is counted until 23:59 Beijing time (GMT+8) . It's recommended to install the eSIM on the day of departure ; activating it too early will reduce its validity period.

• You should print out the QR code and bring it with you if you only use one phone.

• Please scan and activate your eSIM within 30 days of receiving the QR code.

• The device must be running iOS 12.1 or later and have a Wi-Fi or cellular connection to activate.

• If your eSIM doesn't work upon landing , please connect to Wi-Fi at the airport or hotel and contact us immediately for assistance.

• If you have previously used another eSIM in Vietnam: Do not delete your primary eSIM . If you have already deleted it, you will need to go to a local telecommunications store to have it restored.

How to check if your device supports eSIM

Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not network-locked or jailbroken.

1. eSIM support:

Dial *#06# to check:

• If you see the EID line appear

• Or in Settings there are options like Add eSIM, Activate eSIM, or Add mobile plan.

Your device supports eSIM.

2. The phone is not network locked:

For iOS:

1. Go to Settings > General > About.

2. Check the Network Lock section: If it shows "Unlimited SIMs", your device is not network locked.

For Android:

1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Management.

2. Check the "Select mobile network" or "Automatically select network" options; if multiple carriers appear, your device is not network locked.
